Capex & Site infra manager. Work Location: Client Office - Hosur, Tamil Nadu Work From Home: NO Working Days: 5 Days/Week Main Responsibilities Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. Ensure EHS compliance requirements for project work. Ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before project execution. Ensure internal financial controls and approvals. Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects Involve all relevant stakeholders and assist in the project scope and objectives Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Capex reviews with all the stakeholders on regular intervals to monitor capex plan vs actual spend. Measure project performance and report to management. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize. project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop comprehensive project plans and process maps. Deliver a high-quality initiative, on time and within the budget. Qualifications B.E Mechanical / Civil with 6 to 8 years of experience in Project management. Skills Technical Project Management skills. Cost Control. Performance Tracking. Risk Management. Contract Management. Stakeholder Management
