Responsibilities and Duties:

• Calling insurance companies in the United States on behalf of dental offices to verify dental insurance coverage.
• Maintaining excellent communication in English.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (BDS / Engineering / Commerce / Arts).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in ms-Office.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Fresher or relevant experience in the domain.
• Candidates with international voice experience (1 year) and less than a year in Accounts Receivable Calling can also apply.

Shift Timings: 5:30 pm to 1:30 am / 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm

Location: Surat, Gujarat, approximately 1 km from Railway station.
