Role & responsibilities

  • Managing team of premium acquisitions RM's across Mumbai
  • Acquisition of high value Current Account
  • To ensure regular catchment mapping & scoping for the CA
  • To maintain continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by Team
  • To monitor the quality of products sourcing in order to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team and drive the sales system towards quality standards.
  • Cross selling LI, GI, FD, CC, loans, Fee Income

Preferred candidate profile

  • Team handling experience of min 3yrs
  • Should have managed high value current accounts
