We are hiring urgently for : Quality analyst-Team Lead Location-Noida,Sector-62 Immediate joiner WFO 6 days a week work. We help companies to optimize tech interviews through deep people insights and technology. We provide end to end interview solutions to our clients - from scheduling to video interviews and help them to conduct level 1 tech interviews at scale. Our platform offers video and audio analysis to predict the sentiments of the candidate and the interviewer assessment report. JD: -Collaborate with Client to ensure the interview schedules are scheduled with compliance and accuracy -Assisted in executing internal control assessments, operational reviews, and special projects as needed. -Streamlined processes, increasing efficiency and consistency to support quality initiatives. -Developed corrective and. preventive action plans to resolve non-compliance issues. -Oversaw process checks to verify proper completion and correct frequency. -Week on Week Deep dive analysis of the error trends -Work on different audit projects , handle a team , prepare audit plans and run reports to validate accuracy of data. -Created detailed documentation of audit findings, including recommendations for resolution of any issues identified. -Performed data analysis on production results to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
