Job Title: Senior Formulation Scientist Life Cycle Management

Short Description: This role will be part of Life cycle management of drug product development. The incumbent will be working on pharmaceutical development of injectable dosage form. The position will be responsible to apply technical skills and functional knowledge on drug product development. He/She will be also responsible for planning, execution of experiments, analyzing the results and writing reports. The role will require the incumbent to coordinate with other functions for the successful completion of the projects, present the compiled work in team meetings and support global regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile literature from various sources.
• Develop formulations for LCM projects based on requirements.
• Review data and complete documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare Formulation Development reports and hand over relevant documents to the project team.
• Participate in project and technical discussions and presentations.
• Maintain formulation equipment and samples.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining files and registers.
• Dispose of used or expired samples.
• Monitor eLN system and audit trail for deviations.
• Ensure formulation lab compliance with site procedures.
• Maintain a training status above 95% in the PLA training system and follow safety guidelines.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly reports on key activities.
• Train and qualify new scientists.
• Review and provide feedback on new or revised procedures.
• Create change requests for equipment or instrument commissioning or decommissioning.
• Support quality investigations.

Qualifications:

M. Pharm. / Ph. D with 10 to 15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Preferably good in numerical ability
• Standing to conduct experiments, observing and online documenting
• Able to work in an oncology lab with all necessary PPEs

Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements:

• Occasionally to work on shifts
• No objection with PPEs while working in an oncology lab.
