Job Description
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented HTML UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing HTML designs for various platforms, including websites, landing pages, product details pages, emailers, and more. Additionally, the candidate should possess graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and a solid understanding of JavaScript and CSS for creating animations, effects, and dynamic pages.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create screens, icons, and user flows using Figma, Adobe Photoshop.
HTML Development: Develop HTMLs for websites, landing pages, and product details pages.
Frontend Development: Utilize HTML5 elements, CSS3, and JavaScript (including popular libraries) to achieve desired functionality.
Mobile Application Support: Design app screens and slice app icons for the development team.
User Experience Design: Develop user journeys for web and mobile platforms.
Animation and Interaction: Design and implement animated elements and dynamic interactions using JavaScript and CSS.
Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to integrate UI/UX designs seamlessly.
Usability Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Prioritization: Collaborate with product managers to prioritize design tasks based on project timelines and objectives.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues across different browsers and devices.
Optimization: Continuously optimize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for performance and maintainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with additional software/tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma is advantageous.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git is a plus.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
