Job Description
Manage the HR, finance, Technical Recruitment & bench sales Sections by setting goals and objectives, monitoring efficiencies and reporting on the overall corporate strategies in relation to recruitment, placement, transfer, retention and further ensuring consistent application of the Staff Rules, and Regulations and U.S. Immigration guidelines.
Role & responsibilities
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Recruiter to join our organization and lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and guiding a team of recruiters in a fast-paced and competitive environment. The Team Lead Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
Set clear performance expectations and objectives, and regularly assess and review team members' progress.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in attracting top talent.
Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruitment Operations:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
Regularly analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a senior recruiter or team lead in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
