Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Choice TechLab in Mumbai. Responsibilities Take ownership of End to End Recruitment and Onboarding New Employees. Plan and execute Employee Engagement. IT/Non Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT/Non positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT/Non staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain a robust talent pipeline and proactively source candidates through various channels. Develop innovative strategies that include enhancing diverse recruitment efforts. Onboarding: Implement comprehensive. onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures. Employee Engagement: Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and continuously improve engagement strategies Requirements MBA in HR with BSc- IT Background (Plus Point) Good understanding of Recruitment Process Knowledge of job portals & MS Office Exceptional written and oral communication skills Ability to share knowledge and work in a team oriented environment Ability to Learn & Adapt new Recruitment process / Technologies Excellent planning and organizational skills Skills Required: Strategic Thinking, problem solving, result oriented, adaptability, collaboration
