Lead - Research and Intelligence (IT Services) @ ACS Solutions

Innova is seeking a Lead - Research and Intelligence to support our Content, Research, and Sales Enablement team. He/ She will be primarily involved in conducting research in the areas of Technology, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Communication & Media. He will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Shape research design, and research plans, develop questionnaires/ discussion guides, and build persuasive presentations for senior/ executive level internal clients.
• Deliver a big-picture perspective and/or detailed analysis (as required) on the issues, challenges, and opportunities relevant to specific initiatives and prepare insightful analysis on the impact of those trends for Innova and its clients.
• The position will provide the LOBs and pre-sales with research and market intelligence services, primarily in the following categories:
  • Provide end-to-end research support for Innova solutions sales and corporate teams.
  • Proactive gathering, analysing, and communication of market data, trends and intelligence related to industries and technologies.
  • Prepare and maintain presentation material and documentation for prospect/client/partner meetings.
  • Assist with delivery of client engagements, helping and collaborating with Senior leaders of Innova Solutions.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Lead - Research and Intelligence should be an expert in providing insights and aiding in business decision making. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Business / Industry experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven and progressive experience in providing market research and intelligence, analysing and reporting on markets / industries and competitors for global sales, presales, and marketing functions:
    1. Comparative analysis
    2. SWOT analysis
    3. Provide insights to assist with creating high quality content, building GTM strategies, and messaging
    4. Identifying market trends & opportunities
  • Technology focused research (for at least 3 years) is mandatory.
  • Understanding and experience with multiple Industries, preferably: Information Technology, Healthcare, Retail, Communication & Media, Banking & Finance.
  • Proven experience with Captives, Big 4s and large Technology firm.
  • Expertise in MS office tools such as PowerPoint (infographics), Word & Excel.
• People / team management
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives, management & stakeholders on a global level; demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work across cultural differences.
  • Proven track record in mentoring and teaching with a focus on sales enablement.
  • Track record of building and managing global, high performance, enterprise research teams, in either a formal line relationship or as the lead.
• Communication Skills:
  • Proven communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations), including the ability to translate complex ideas into recommended programs, initiatives, and outcomes; provide sound business justification to support decision-making.
• General abilities/skills:
  • Outcome-oriented mindset combined with a strategic toolkit and execution focus, able to drive good ideas from concept to outcome in an effective manner.
  • Experience working in a global context, across multiple time zones in a matrixed environment.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Education:
  • MBA (preferably from Tier 1 College)
