Job description

We are hiring freshers for the Customer Service Executive position. We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills, Computer Knowledge with any degree qualification. We will provide training for fresher's. This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Executive position with an on-site presence. As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for handling travel related requests from clients who are looking for Flight Booking, Visa & Passport Assistance, Holiday Packages, Hotel Reservation, Travel Insurance and Forex (RBI approved FFMC licensed Company). You'll interact with clients both online and in person, provide accurate information and process request accordingly. It's your job to ensure that the customer's service experience is smooth and hassle-free.

• Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to bring a lead to closure.
• Must be very polite & maintain a good relationship with customers
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed.
