Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced MIS Executive to play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a passion for contributing to a positive and empowering work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports for various departments within the organization.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather relevant information and ensure data accuracy.
• Create dashboards and presentations to visualize and communicate key performance indicators.
• Implement efficient data management processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar MIS role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Understanding of women's empowerment issues and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
