Construction Manager -Execution Ensure Execution through identified agencies (of respective areas), disciplines with assured quality, safety & time frame during construction stage To analyze the possible areas of work that may result in time overrun suggest corrective steps and advise Project manager. To maintain strict quality control to avoid reworks. Study and inputs to master schedule Monitoring & tracking Prepare and Review progress through area schedules and look ahead schedules. To co-ordinate with Client/consultants for smooth approval of drawing, designs and constructions in time. Regularly brief the team, Review and develop action plan to resolve pending issues. To review. and approve the Method Statements, Conduct Quality audit & quality report. To give PEP talk contractors on the aspects of checking before the activity starts Suggest at site level improvement / techniques to achieve a better product. As-built drawings from vendors / contractors and submission to client. Coordinate with the other package contractors for the smooth coordination of works Hold Daily Site meetings and site walkthroughs, with vendors to ensure and review progress, safety and quality issues To follow and implement method statements & checklists for every activity of execution. Clearing of checklists at Site as earliest without affecting the progress of work To maintain Progress report of the area assigned Identify change / variations with reason and inform to Planning for necessary claims Forward Updated Site Activity Monitoring Sheet (showing actual vs scheduled progress) Client management
