Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank located in Nagda. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining high service standards.
