Ideal Candidate 5+ Years in Sales or Sales Training Currently handling Sales Training Those with experience in Channel Sales, looking to move into a sales training career can also apply Prior experience in Automotive After Markets (most preferred) or Automotive industry Organisation A well established and fast growing organization which specializes in Automotive after markets products Role As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing the training programs for a group of 15-20 fresh graduates. The training period will extend over 30 days, focusing on equipping the trainees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to excel in sales within the automotive aftermarkets industry. The trainees will stay at the campus for 30 days Key Responsibilities Training Program Development: Design comprehensive training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and industry-specific. insights. Develop training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to the needs of fresh graduates. Classroom Instruction Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for batches of 15-20 trainees, fostering a positive learning environment. Utilize various instructional methods, including role-playing, case studies, and group activities, to enhance learning outcomes. Product Knowledge And Industry Insights Ensure trainees have a solid understanding of the company's products, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the automotive aftermarkets industry. Provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to enhance the trainees" business acumen. Skill Development Focus on developing essential sales skills such as effective communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques. Conduct regular assessments to gauge individual progress and provide constructive feedback. Mentoring And Coaching Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual learning needs and challenges. Foster a mentorship culture to support ongoing professional development beyond the initial training period. Performance Evaluation Implement metrics and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program. Track the performance of trainees post-training and provide feedback to enhance continuous improvement. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the automotive aftermarkets sector. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve sales targets. Flexibility to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of trainees. Previous experience working with fresh graduates is a plus.
