Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. As a Business Analyst at LocoBuzz, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business processes, contributing to the success of our SaaS products. Responsibilities Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Requirement Analysis: Conduct a thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets. Data Analysis: Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for business improvement. SaaS Product Enhancement: Work closely with product managers and development teams to define and prioritize features that align with business goals. SaaS Product Enhancement: Participate in the design and implementation of. new features and functionalities in collaboration with the development team. User Story Development: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. User Story Development: Maintain a backlog of prioritized user stories based on business value and strategic goals. Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and effectiveness of SaaS products. Performance Monitoring: Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business strategies. Documentation: Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements to ensure clarity and understanding across teams. Documentation: Contribute to the creation of training materials and user documentation. Requirements Four or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly in a SaaS setting. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, coupled with familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in utilizing project management tools.
