Job Description
- 8+ years in the industry, 5-7 years of hands-on experience in discrete/ batch manufacturing industry Automotive/ Aerospace & Defense/ Gigafactory & EV/ Medical Devices/ Electronics & Semiconductors
- Lead manufacturing operations maturity assessment, architecture, and blue printing for MOM / MES implementation/ upgrade programs for above mentioned manufacturing industries.
- Lead MOM/ MES design, implementation/ transformation projects during implementation and rollout including integration with Level2 and Level4 systems (ISA95).
- Work closely with business owners, OT and IT teams to analyze core business functional requirements, operational processes and integration requirements. Conduct as-is/to be assessments to perform fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering, devise the target MOM/ MES & integration architecture design and justify the same from RoI and technology choice perspective.
- Drive process improvements and provide recommendations for improvement of the process and tools/ technologies to be utilized.
- Preparing documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards.
- Coordinate and execute all phases of project including estimating, technology/ component selection, architecture & design and implementation, rollout and after implementation support.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in the MOM/ MES programs including assessment, blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with ISA95 L3 system from Aveva(Wonderware)/ Dessault (Apriso)/ GE(Plant Apps)/ Werum PASEX/ Siemens (Opcenter) / SAP (PP/ME/MII) / Rockwell (FTPC )
- Experience on working with Historian/ Time Series DB
- Sound understanding of operational technologies, SCADA, PLC, DCS etc
- 4+ Years experience in Development/Solution architecting/Presales support in Manufacturing Operations Management space for Discrete manufacturing (Auto, CPG, Aero-Defense, Gigafactory, medical Devices)
- Experience in integration with ISA95 L2 and L4 systems
- Should be familiar with Industrial communication protocols and edge such as OPC, Modbus, Profibus + Kepware/ Devicewise/ Metrikon etc
Primary Skills
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in the MOM/ MES programs including assessment, blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing and deployment.
- Should have experience of working in End-to-End Implementation for MOM/ MES.
- Sound knowledge of industrial operations, functions, related workflows, KPIs etc
- Hands-on experience with ISA95 L3 system from Aveva(Wonderware)/ Dessault (Apriso)/ GE(Plant Apps)/ Werum PASEX/ Siemens (Opcenter) / SAP (PP/ME/MII) / Rockwell (FTPC )
- Experience on working with Historian/ Time Series DB

Secondary Skills
- Experience in use of RDBMS: Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server 2008+
- Good to have knowledge of C# .Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript
- Should have worked on delivering projects in agile methodology
