Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and activities.
Itinerary Planning:
Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience.
Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various travel products, including hotels, airlines, and tour packages.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Booking and Reservation Management:
Monitor and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Travel Documentation:
Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, travel insurance, and health certificates.
Ensure compliance with entry requirements for different destinations.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the travel process.
Collaborate with other team members and external partners to find solutions.
