Job Description

: We seek a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility in the IT services industry. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives in both B2B and B2C markets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and collective goals. Drive the. identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and report to senior management regularly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, with at least 12 years of experience in the IT services industry. Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners. Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales and marketing principles, with experience in both segments preferred. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. Willingness to travel as needed.
