Job Description
Responsibilities
Elevated Program Management Leadership:
- Develop and implement program management strategies for complex initiatives, aligning with GCC organizational goals.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of program management deliverables, ensuring effective communication and change management across GCC.
- includes full ownership for the implementation of new project management software for over 60 global stakeholders during 2024. Agenda includes +200 stakeholders in 2027. (Monday.com investment for 23-24 of +200MUSD)
Strategic Oversight and Decision-Making:
- Conduct strategic and data analysis for program-level insights, supporting senior leadership in decision-making. (Directors/ VP / SVP)
- Drive transformative initiatives within the program, aligning with GCC organizational objectives.
Global Program Management:
- Own project schedule tracking and manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage stakeholders at various levels, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams globally.
Efficiency Improvement and Technology Expertise:
- Drive the development and deployment of advanced project management tools, serving as a master user and software expert.
- Enhance decision-making and streamline processes, particularly in tools like Monday.com implementation.
Executive Communication and Reporting:
- Facilitate executive-level meetings, providing comprehensive updates on program status.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports and briefings articulating program progress and impact.
Qualifications
Extensive Leadership and Program Management Experience:
- Proven track record with 5-7 years of experience in leading significant consulting services and managing projects in large-scale global organizations.
- Strong background in broad transformational implementations and adept at handling complexities in coordinating multiple projects.
Strategic Budget Management:
- Demonstrated capability in managing project budgets exceeding $100MUSD, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal utilization of resources.
Expertise in Project Management Methodologies:
- Proficient in advanced project management methodologies and implementations, leveraging expertise to drive successful project rollouts.
Certification and Communication Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, showcasing a commitment to excellence in project management.
- Exceptional communication skills, including virtual and in-person meeting facilitation, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Advanced Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, enabling efficient project planning and reporting. Familiarity with other PM systems such as ADO, Monday.com, and Jira, providing versatility in adapting to various project management tools.
Results-Oriented Leadership:
- Results-oriented leader with a proven ability to achieve cross-divisional alignment, adept at conflict resolution, prioritization, and change management.
- Autonomous Decision-Making:
- Comfortable working autonomously and thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions independently.
Matrixed Organization Expertise:
Effective in highly-matrixed organizations, adept at handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across different divisions.
