Job Description
- Management of the internal team and client communication.
- The TPMs are the single source of keeping everyone focused on the goals and objectives of the project deliverables.
- The TPM needs to possess unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision-making. They re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.
- Ultimately, the role of the TPM is to become a hub & glue that s holding everything together and leading their teams to create impressive work and build client relationships. They need to make decisions and find solutions quickly and with confidence, and they don t expect someone else to show them the right way forward.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Communications, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS
- 6 + years of experience in Project Managing software development and digital organization.
- Strong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done.
- MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as Jira , Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools.
- Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps
- Expert in Process improvements, should have a solid understanding of team and agile transformation steps.
- Solid understanding of the change management model, how to operate as a change agent and ultimately become a trusted advisor to the client.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team. (SKILLS)
- Experience adapting project management methodologies to the needs of a given project/client.
- Experience partnering with integrated and production teams to drive the production process for digital deliverables.
- Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching.
Must have:
- JIRA, Confluence
- Scrum framework expert
- Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
- Ability to put together a process centered around Scrum
- Scrum certified
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS
- AWS Certified (preferred)
