Role & Responsibilities
- Tech enthusiast with interest in smartphone segment
- Handle customer queries over chats, emails and forums
- Escalation Management
- Work on review data to identify and resolve issues
- Should have experience in ticket based customer query resolution over Chat Process in brands like Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Amazon, etc.
- Email Writing
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good typing speed
- Experience in ticket based customer query resolution over Chat Process preferable
- BPO Experience a must
