Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day to day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
- Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis, build Understanding of quality norms.
- Will be responsible for planning and execution of structural , civil and interior works Design, Estimation costing of Civil & steel structural works
- Should have knowledge in laying out of footings, piling, pile cap lay out, column starter, reinforcement binding Provide GFC drawingsEnsure that all the drawings are simple, efficient, accurate and stableMonitor the progress at site and take timely decisionEnsure that materials inventory at site is minimum and materials procurement are done as per construction plan.

- Candidate should have knowledge for construction, site supervisor, site in charge, Quality with good communication skills.
- Candidate must have knowledge of handling site work Individually and having experience of working in contractor's firm.
- Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders.
- Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.
- Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency.
- Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and adhering to budget constraints.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.
