Job Description

upto 5 LPA with variable 15 % of annual CTC
9.5 hrs (including 1 hour break)
6 days working rotational shifts & 1 rotational off
Excellent communication Skills. (English, Hindi)
Experience in Voice Process

Required Candidate profile

Oversee day-to-day operations
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call
