And thats just the beginning. About Role and Responsibilities: Proven 5+ years of exp in Project management. Knowledgeable and experienced in Project Management methodology and practices: Initiating: Understanding of project management principles and the application thereof. Planning: Defines, organizes and plans project schedules to meet required project timeframes. Facilitates/leads estimation of small projects. Develops project schedule and determines resource needs. Works closely with resource managers to ensure proper resource allocation to the project. Executing: Independently and successfully manage the development and execution of multiple small projects. Monitoring/Controlling: Controls project/phase scope and risk utilizing PMO processes. Closing: Recognize and document process improvement opportunities. Responsible for ensuring all project close out activities are completed and documented. Communication: Efficiently and accurately conveys information between clients and staff involved in project activities. Uses meeting management, conflict management, and presentation techniques, as well as listening skills, to facilitate effective project communications. Shift Time - 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
