Job Description

:

As a Branch Manager in Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for team members and monitor their performance regularly.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the continuous improvement and development of the sales team.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the branch's customer base.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times to uphold the company's reputation and brand image.
Performance Management:

Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Implement sales incentives and recognition programs to motivate and reward top performers.
Operational Management:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Manage branch operations, including budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in the insurance industry.
Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends.
Experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
