Roles and Responsibilities

• Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers & catalyst switches)
• Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols like STP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
• Knowledge on Cisco routers & Switches troubleshooting
• Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
• Packet Capture and Analysis & Aware of Service now tool
• Must be ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
• Candidate should be strong in communication
• CCNA/CCNP certifications added advantage
