Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Pharenda. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management. Other day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to develop and implement business strategies and plans Ability to. manage and motivate a team Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with financial products and services Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field Experience in the financial industry is a plus
