Job Description Advisor calling: To connect with the Advisors for renewal follow up. IMD performance analysis as per calling remarks/NOP base/Renewal Ratio etc Cross Sell & Upsell Convincing IMDs/ RMs for upsell & cross sell by providing eligible policy data. Tracking of each renewal policy until renewal ensuring upsell. Ensuring cross sell of multiple products with renewal. HOT leads. Share and Track HOT leads received from call center on daily basis. Ensuring follow up and its conversion Sales Support & coordination. Low Performing RMs: Identify and talk to bottom performing RMs (with below 65% RR in last month) for improvement. Follow-up with sales team (Zonal Heads / Area Managers / Team Leaders) for 1st Yr Renewal focused conversion. Coordinate with Zonal Heads / Area head for daily commitments. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and its resolution within TAT.
