Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Airport Ground Staff (CSA) at Waytogo Consulting located in New Delhi. The Airport Ground Staff will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, ensuring computer literacy, and handling aircraft-related duties in the aviation industry. Checking passengers in for flights Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights Assisting passengers with all inquiries, including lost or delayed baggage Assisting staff in carrying out. security checks as and when the situation arises Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport Outside the airport terminal: Handling all the loading and unloading of passenger bags from the aircraft Helping direct passengers onto and off the aircraft Directing landed aircraft to taxi spots Providing services such as steps from the aircraft for passengers and crew to disembark the aircraft Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in computer literacy Knowledge of aircraft and aviation industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive and friendly attitude Previous experience in the airport or aviation industry is a plus Company Description WAYTOGO Consultants Pvt Ltd is a recruitment and specialist services organization in the banking, insurance, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing domains.
