Roles And Responsibilities Online Monitoring: Monitor online platforms, social media, review sites, and other digital channels to track mentions of the brand. Respond promptly to both positive and negative comments, reviews, and discussions. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management strategies to address and mitigate potential reputation risks. Act decisively during reputation crises to minimize damage and protect the brand's image. Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage brand. advocates to promote positive sentiments and amplify positive messaging. Cultivate relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to strengthen brand support. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute positive and engaging content that reinforces the brand's values and strengths. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across various platforms. Review Management: Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative reviews effectively. Work closely with customer support teams to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction. Qualifications And Skills Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
