Purpose of the Job :
The prime responsibility is to execute sales strategy through direct sales channel in line with branch plan and in charge of collections.
Key Responsibilities :
Will be responsible to drive and executes cross selling of all product offerings extended by the branch.
Network and build relationships with existing and new customers to achieve assigned targets and cater to servicing requirement of clients
Adhere to regulatory requirement and Compliance

Key Deliverable:
Driving sales targets of the assigned locations.
Developing emerging locations by organizing regular promotional activities.
Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre & post customer service.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Complete control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases sourced and their overall reduction to minimal.
