Job Title : Dy Manager - Training Program Business Area/Function : CNS-ISS-Metso Academy Reports to : Vice President Metso Academy Location : Vadodara , India Role description: To lead and manage rollout of training programs. Ensuring the success of our learning initiatives by overseeing planning, stakeholder management, coordination, and the seamless execution learning initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving the effectiveness and impact of our learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning design, program management, project management with deep understanding of learning and development, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the learning program, aligning it with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program requirements. expectations, and ensure successful engagement. Lead the coordination of diverse learning initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with established timelines. Design, Develop and Implement programs according to the program objectives, ensuring effective deployment of learning initiatives. Effectively manage program resources, including budgets, timelines, and personnel, to optimize efficiency and productivity. Identify potential risks and challenges in the learning program, developing proactive strategies to mitigate and address them. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the learning program meets or exceeds industry standards. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, keeping them informed about program progress, changes, and outcomes. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of the learning program and provide regular reports to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering + Masters of Administration in Human Resources or Business Administration or Related field Minimum 5+ years working experience in Training management (or) equivalent Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Proven experience in program management, particularly in designing, implementing, and rolling out learning and development initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Learning Management Systems, project management tools and technologies. Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. English language reading and speaking skills at a professional level. Ability to travel domestic and International, when required
