Job Description

Location: Noida Experience: 5+ Years Roles & Responsibilities: As an experienced DevOps Architect you are required to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our DevOps processes and infrastructure. Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end DevOps processes and practices, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration between development, operations, and quality assurance teams. Architect and build scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment across various environments. Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to optimize the development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management best practices, using tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Chef. Define and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the availability, performance and security of applications. and services. Lead efforts to optimize cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for cost effectiveness, scalability and high availability. Champion security best practices by implementing DevSecOps principles and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps Engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with development teams to facilitate code reviews, establish branching and versioning strategies and enforce coding standards. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and innovation in the DevOps ecosystem to enhance efficiency and productivity. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologiesin DevOps, cloud computing and automation. Essentials: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing DevOps solutions. Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby) for automation and infrastructure management. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing microservices. Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef) and configuration management best practices. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their DevOps services. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
