Noida | Full Time Job Summary BKC WeatherSys needs a Chief Manager for its Agro Business Division: BKC WeatherSys has been operating anaward-winning Agricultural App " FasalSalah" through which it is connected with lacs of farmers and traders. Information to and from farmers generate valuable economic products. BKC is looking for an young and energeticleader to head the Agro Business Team with entrepreneurial abilities to work in one of the best working environment in NCR . Candidate should have clear concept and knowledge of crop & weather sciences/crop modelling with hands on experience in agro- data processing and satellite data processing on known GIS platforms . He will be required to help & guide generate data and reports as required by customers and farmersalike. He will be supported by an experienced IT and young agroteam. He should be willing to travel extensively in India and abroad , He should have excellent writing and presentation skills Responsibilities: To. prepare proposals and concept notes for customers Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Organise and attend business meetings with prospective clients Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years working experience in crop research and inbusiness development as marketing executive or a relevant role MSC /MBA desirable PhD in Agriculture Excellent in written and spoken English and Hindi with presentation skills Knowledge of Market/Mandi operation Communication and negotiation skills Ability to guide and publish agro market intelligence report Remuneration: To commensurate with Qualification and experience
