Company Description Click is a one-stop solution for photographers to create stunning portfolio websites, and generate and manage leads. It's a no-code and no-drag-and-drop platform. We are the growth strategic platform for photographers. The MVP received positive feedback and we are now working to achieve product-market fit. Creating and launching a website with Click takes just a few minutes. Users can start promoting their website with our in-house AI Lead generation platform. Click is located in Hyderabad and offers flexibility for some remote work. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Co-founder. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technical vision, leading the technology team, and driving innovation. The CTO will also be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, managing technical resources, and ensuring the security and scalability of the platform. This is a hybrid role. with the role being located in Hyderabad but also allowing for some work from home. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Expertise in technology strategy and innovation Proficiency in web development and software engineering Experience in managing technical teams Knowledge of security and scalability best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive results Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Best fit Our current solution is built with the following tech. 1. Backend is PHP 2. CMS is built with Angular 3. Click Sites are created with NextJS. 4. Deployed on GCP. Applications with Angular and NextJS developers will get more preference. Our existing team members are freelancers. Equity Split We believe in equal equity split. You will get 50% equity as a Tech co-founder. If we need an operations co-founder in the future, each of us will receive an equal equity share
