As our Technical Lead cum CTO, you'll. play a pivotal role in transforming our ideas into reality using the magic of technology. From spearheading the development of our web app in MEAN/MERN to crafting our mobile app in Flutter, you'll be hands-on at every stage of the process. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the development team in aligning technology initiatives with the overall business objectives of MealOBox. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development process of the MealOBox web application in MEAN/MERN stack and the mobile app in Flutter, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-friendly solutions. Hands-On Development: Actively participate in coding and development tasks, collaborating with the team to implement innovative features and functionalities. Architecture Design: Design scalable, robust, and secure architecture for both web and mobile platforms, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and scalability. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the food-tech industry, evaluating their potential impact on MealOBox and making recommendations for adoption. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and reliability of the MealOBox platform across different devices and platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in full-stack web development using MEAN/MERN stack and mobile app development using Flutter. Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, MongoDB, and Dart. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving successful software development projects from conception to deployment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align technology initiatives with business goals. Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps and long-term strategies. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Innovation Mindset: Passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new technologies and approaches to enhance the MealOBox platform and user experience. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and resources. Commitment to Quality: Dedication to delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
