Training comprising theoretical inputs and practical real time Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. Observe and evaluate results of training programs Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements Excellent Communication and Written Skills in Tamil Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies. Ready to travel extensively in the region to conduct practical sessions at various colleges Immediate Joiners required
