Job Description: Alponent Digital Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Trainer to join our team. As a Robotics Trainer, you will play a vital role in educating individuals on the principles and applications of robotics technology. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging training programs that equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of robotics. Responsibilities: Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions to individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill levels, ranging from beginners to advanced users. Provide hands-on guidance and support to participants during practical exercises and projects, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Assess the progress and performance of trainees through various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, tests, and project reviews. Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and incorporate relevant industry trends and best. practices into training programs. Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly to address specific requirements. Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals. Assist in the setup and maintenance of training equipment, ensuring all tools and resources are readily available for participants. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in robotics education or training, with a strong understanding of robotic systems, sensors, and programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, ROS). Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others learn and succeed. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with educational tools and platforms used for robotics training, such as simulation software, robotic kits, and learning management systems. Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus
