Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (Telecalling). This position combines the responsibilities of business development and telecalling to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and conducting telecalling activities to generate leads and close sales. Responsibilities: Business Development: Research and identify potential business opportunities through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking. Generate leads and prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales strategies. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all sales activities and updating the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales. strategies and achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services. Telecalling: Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads generated through various channels. Introduce our products and services, highlight their benefits, and address any customer queries or concerns. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers. Achieve individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecalling activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in business development, sales, or telecalling roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development. Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
