The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing the sales team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field A minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies across various channels Experience in managing sales teams and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders An understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, and. the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software An understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO and SEM, is a plus A can-do attitude, high energy level, and a passion for excellence Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the job requirements at the time it was posted.
