Job Description

Responsible for Both the plants- mould breakdown, mould PM Daily Tool room activities planning & ensure timely completion of them. Lead the Team Engineers Responsible for any modification in tool (ECN) as suggested by customer. Organize Maintenance, reduce down time Coordinate with different departments for Tool room concerns. Ensure that health, safety and Environment are followed at all time. Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals. Analyze root cause of Mould breakdown & action plan. Supervise and motivate the team of workers Review worker performance and identify training needs. Implement 5S in Toolroom area. Kaizens submission as per defined target & monitoring effectiveness of same. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
