We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 1 year of experience in Python and MySQL to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and MySQL. Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms. Optimize application performance through code improvements and database optimizations. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Create process and technical documents including training materials for end users. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or end-users. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development. processes and best practices
