Crafts Mill is one of India's fastest growing e-commerce brand in the Furniture and Home Furnish D2C category. We are looking for dedicated, intelligent and capable SUPPORT TEAM professional, who can coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including transportation vendors and furniture assembly vendors You need to have great conversational skills in English, You need to have and display empathy to connect with customers well, You must be adept at data and maintaining, filtering data and followups, data analysis on leads, potential customers and other sales planning. Above all: Customer Service and Support can sometimes feel like a thankless job, because while most customers who do not face any issue with products and services do not call up support, the customers who unfortunately have had gaps in service, are usually not very pleasant to deal with. * The person for this role needs to be able to deal with stress and upset customers with a level head. and have patience and understanding. Other Responsibility areas Contributes to Support operations to identify and resolve customer issues, on call, chat and other channels. Maintains online relations with customers by organising and developing specific customer-relations programs. Coordinates with multiple vendor partners so that transit and installation issues including service related queries are satisfied. Maintain and update data on google sheets and excel to track and proactively resolve customer complaints or other issues. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in sales, preferably within Interiors and Furniture industry Solid knowledge of Excel, CRM and data analysis Great conversational skills Diligent and self motivated
