Job Description

Female Candidates only - RESPONSIBILITIES: Stay Informed: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies. Product/Service Knowledge: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services offered by the company. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team. Follow Scripts: Adhere to scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to customers or leads from provided lists or databases. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Answer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns or issues Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, feedback, and sales progress. Record and maintain call logs and customer information in the CRM System. Customer. Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant departments for improvement. Performance Review: Collaborate with team members and share insights, best practices for improving sales performance. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualification : Graduate, Undergraduate from any basic degree. Minimum 2 year of experience. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self motivated, organized and able to work independently. Verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence. Persuasive and convincing communication abilities. Goal-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
