Boule Diagnostics AB is a global diagnostics company that develops, manufactures and markets instruments and consumable products for blood diagnostics. The company serves hospitals, clinics, laboratories and companies within blood diagnostics, in both human and veterinary hematology. About The Position Boule is looking for a goal-oriented marketing manager for our ROW region to promote our company's brand and solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing marketing programs to support collaborations and strengthen relationships with our partners and distributors, to support the launch of new products and develop value propositions. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President. Marketing at Boule. You will: Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives together with our distributors. Work closely with Boule area managers of the ROW region. Recommend strategies and execute tactics for regional marketing plans to support short and long-term business objectives. In collaboration with the global marketing team, develop value positioning for target markets and support the commercialization efforts through our distributors. Develop appropriate marketing tools, collateral, web content, and top communications based on specific audience type and goals of initiative. Execute advertisement of our scientific content in selected magazines and digital platforms. Support our advocacy relationships, thought leaders, partners, and community influencers to ensure support and empowering long-term relationships. Have a good understanding of the hematology market, its drivers, and trends. Interface effectively with key internal stakeholders (scientific affairs, product managers, digital specialist, and compliance) to enable successful implementation of the marketing strategy. Report on status and activity performance. Requirements Bachelors Degree in life sciences, communication, or marketing. 3-5 years marketing experience. Understanding of the health diagnostic market and IVDR is advantageous. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices. Experience with marketing automation tools and software. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suit; knowledge of CRM databases such as Salesforce.com is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proven project management skills and results orientation. Work independently, in a collaborative environment, and be able to handle multiple projects in parallel. High proficiency in English in both writing and speaking; Spanish is an advantage.
