We have recently launched our own brand Babyluxstore, for which we are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist inhouse, ready to join asap, with an expected CTC of 25-30 K per month. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Noida. To maintain a strong presence on social media, the Social Media Marketing Specialist will be. responsible for creating content, posting content and promoting content. Additionally, we would like you to develop social media strategies that align with our brand values. It will be your responsibility to stay up to date with trends, keywords, and competition while managing and developing our brand through organic traffic across various social media channels. Finally, we would like you to represent our company during exhibitions and any other company-related representation whenever required. Also, you will be required to work at miscellaneous roles across marketing. If your skills align with a role better suited, we will upgrade your contract. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies Experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns Knowledge of marketing analytics tools Understanding of current social media trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
