Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Representative at HMJ Fire Safety Services in Motihari. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing customer support, sales, and training. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Strong customer service and customer support skills Proven sales experience Ability to provide training Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Knowledge of fire safety equipment and systems is a plus High school diploma. or equivalent
