We are committed to delivering high-value business ethics and customer-centric solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer at NL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. The Software Engineer will be responsible for back-end web development and software development tasks. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems to support our suite of solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our software products. The role will involve working on various projects in. collaboration with the development team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java technologies. Collaborate with frontend developers, software architects, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the reliability and performance of backend systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes. Qualifications Strong background in Computer Science Proven track history Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related frameworks. Proficient in SQL and noSQL databases Experience in Software Development (SDLC) Strong programming skills Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills Experience in AIDC industry is a plus Experience with Agile methodologies Relevant experience is advantageous People from Gurugram/NCR are preferred.
