About the Role At Finanshels, our Finance Operations team takes pride in delivering unparalleled financial services to a diverse portfolio of global clients across various industries. However, our approach to. financial services is far from ordinary. Through automation, we have eliminated repetitive tasks, enabling our team to concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining top-notch quality, and fostering innovation to enhance our tools and streamline our processes. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and who possesses all of the following: 3 or more years of proven work experience in accounting. Working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Thorough understanding of accounting basics and principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports. A passion for problem-solving and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. A dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience to clients. Eagerness to learn, adopt, and test new technologies and changes in the field of accounting. CMA/CA/ACCA certification is a plus
