The Opportunity We are looking for a high caliber & passionate individual as Program Implementation Manager to. drive the ESG outcomes for the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for program design, creating buy-in from cross-functional teams, project planning, program goal and milestone setting, program implementation, and design of related communication strategies. The individual will have to leverage analytical tools and benchmark with global best practices to drive better competitive differentiation. The Successful Candidate MBA/Masters in Sustainability, ESG, or similar fields Good with managing large quantum of data Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills Outcome driven professional having rich experience of, project delivery in corporates, stakeholder management and working with cross functional teams Program Management Professional (PMP) certificate will be considered a bonus What we offer: The role comes with outstanding remuneration, rewards and wealth creation opportunity.
